Sand and water were observed in fuel fill fitting and oil injection fill fitting and these need to be cleaned before this vessel is used again. The tilt/trim unit on the outboard engine did not operate by the switch when tested. The stern light mount is broken. The electronics are in poor condition including instrument gauges, electric horn, ignition switch, fuse panel, Humminbird depth sounder and Sea Worthy Sea-2500 stereo with speakers. Starboard navigation light (green) is broken. Overall rubrail is in fair condition but port side rub rail is loose. Bottom paint is worn down to gelcoat at various locations on hull bottom.
