      <description>This 2008 20.6’ Proline 20 Sport is a theft recovery. This vessel does not appear to have been submerged. The fiberglass is shinny and in overall good condition. There are some small scratches and scuff marks to the gel coat on the starboard side. The fiberglass built in rod holders are in good condition. Fiberglass interior is dirty but in overall good condition with no soft spots. Swim ladder is in good condition. Windshield is missing but frame is intact. Stainless steel bow handrail is in good condition. There is a baitwell, fish/storage box and glove box that all appear to be in good condition. There are several storage compartments. Center console has an enclosure for a head but no porta-potty was sighted. There were no batteries sighted at time of inspection. Captain’s chair is missing. Bench seat back cushion is in overall good condition with no tears but dirty. Bench seat is missing. All electronics, gauges and controls are missing. Steering wheel appears to be in good condition. There is no motor or trailer with this boat.

      <title>#8631: 2000 21' Four Winns 214 Funship Deckboat</title>

      <description>This 2000 21' Four Winns 214 Funship Deckboat sank when it took on water during heavy seas while at anchor. The overall hull appears to be in fair condition with chalky gelcoat except for starboard hull side that has been scored by sand. The windshield is broken with a portion missing. Some of the hatches are missing. Most of the upholstery is missing. The carpet is in poor condition. Sand and water were observed in fuel fill fitting and oil injection fill fitting and these need to be cleaned before this vessel is used again. The tilt/trim unit on the outboard engine did not operate by the switch when tested. The stern light mount is broken. The electronics are in poor condition including instrument gauges, electric horn, ignition switch, fuse panel, Humminbird depth sounder and Sea Worthy Sea-2500 stereo with speakers. Starboard navigation light (green) is broken. Overall rubrail is in fair condition but port side rub rail is loose. Bottom paint is worn down to gelcoat at various locations on hull bottom. No batteries were sighted at time of inspection. The bimini is missing and not inspected. Swim ladder is in fair condition, paint is peeling. Transom door appears to be in good condition. Transom shower is in poor condition.
The Johnson Ocean Pro 175 gas outboard engine was preserved but has since locked up. There is no trailer with this item.

      <description>This 1995 20' Stratos 201 FS Bass Boat was damaged in a single vehicle accident where boat and trailer were flipped over. The overall fiberglass hull is in fair condition with shiny gel coat except for damage resulting from the accident. There is damage to the rubrail in a few locations. There is a scrape on the hull starboard side approximately 1’ X 6 inches. The carpet is in fair condition. The ice chest is in fair condition. The swim ladder is in fair condition. The swim platform is in good condition. Windshield is intact and in fair condition with some scratched visible on left side. Battery is in fair condition. Upholstery is in fair condition but shows some wear. Snap on canvas is in fair condition. Rubrail is in poor condition. Small deck cover near bow missing. Electronics appear to be in good condition, but not tested. Gauges and controls appear to be in good condition, but not tested. Vessel is powered by a single Evinrude 225hp V-6 gas outboard engine that turns freely and is reported to runs. There is a 1995 20’ Stratos trailer included. Trailer frame is twisted. Axel is bent. Wheels and tires appear to be in fair condition. 
&lt;p&gt;Ogden, UT sales tax rate of 6.85% will apply.

      <description>2008 30' Sea Ray 300 SLX  Bowrider sank at dock in salt water during heavy rain as a result of a failed bilge pump. The fiberglass hull is in good condition with a shiny gelcoat. The aft circular seating is in good condition. There is a manual head with sink with shower attachment in console across from helm station that appears to be in good condition, but not tested. The headliner is in good condition.  Upholstery is in poor condition with some stains. Carpet is in poor condition with some stains. Cockpit is equipped with wetbar with sink, Norcold refrigerator and OCI stove behind helm seat that appear to be in good condition, but not tested. Transom door appears to be in good condition. One trim tab has piston missing, other trim tab not tested, condition unknown. The 12 Volt/12Volt shore power appears to be in good condition, but not tested. Electronics sighted at time of inspection included Northstar Explorer 550, Mercruiser Vessel View, Clarion stereo and 6CD changer with 10 Momo speakers with swim deck control, appeared to be in good condition, but not tested. The gauges and controls appear to be in good condition, but not tested. The ice chest is in good condition. The swim ladder is in good condition. The windshield is in good condition. Canvas bow cover and canvas cockpit cover are in good condition. The rubrail is in good condition. The large, extended swim platform is in good condition. The docking lights appear to be in good condition, but not tested. The indirect cockpit lighting appears to be in good condition but not tested. The bow cockpit table appeared to be in good condition. Lewmar windlass appears to be in good condition but not tested. Twin Mercruiser 350 MAG 5.7L Gas inboard/outboard engines were submerged, preserved, but untested at time of inspection.  Bravo 1 Outdrives removed, preserved but not tested. The U-joints currently stored in warehouse at storage yard. There is no trailer with this item.

      <description>This 1978 28' Carver Santa Cruz 2866 was damaged when partially submerged due to valve accidentally opened during repair. Oil and water found in engine compartment bilge and main cabin bilge. Electrical, batteries, associated wiring, port engine submerged, not tested, condition unknown. Water tank in engine compartment not connected. Interior of vessel and aft cockpit littered with debris and trash. Full width teak swim platform is in fair condition. Windshield is in good condition. Side windows in cabin deteriorated. Exterior upholstery is in poor condition, stained and worn. Bimini frame installed but no canvas. Fly bridge cloth cover worn with some tears. Canvas cover for forward cabin windows worn but serviceable, some broken snaps. Rubrail is in fair condition but shows corrosion. Electronics appear to be in fair condition, but not tested. One VHF radio on fly bridge, not tested. No other electronics sighted.  Several gauges missing, unknown serviceability. There is one stateroom in V-berth. Enclosed head, toilet not operational, sink removed, inoperable Lectra San system. No holding tank. Interior upholstery is in poor condition, cushions are stained and worn. Headliner is in fair condition. Carpet is in poor condition, stained and portions missing. Galley has refrigerator, Princess electric stove and oven, appliances not functional. Vessel is powered by twin inboard V8 gas engines, make and hp unknown. The starboard engine and transmission removed and stowed disassembled on aft deck. The port engine reported submerged, shows corrosion, no apparent attempt to preserve after submersion noted, not tested, condition unknown. Straight drive transmission with traditional shaft log packing glands. There is no trailer with this vessel.

The water heater is in poor condition, not tested. The swim ladder is in fair condition. The swim platform is in poor condition. The windshield is in good condition. The other windows appear to be in good condition. The exterior cockpit seating upholstery aft is in poor condition, burned, stained. The canvas is in poor condition. The rubrail is in fair condition but has one area approximately 12” damage. The electronics are in poor condition, not tested. The gauges and controls appear to be in fair condition but not tested. The transom door is in poor condition. The transom shower is in poor condition. There is a forward V-berth in fair condition but the upholstery is in poor condition with smoke damage. The V-berth has hatches for ventilation that appear to be in good condition. The upholstery is in poor condition. The headliner is in poor condition with smoke damage. The carpet is in poor condition with smoke damage. Galley has sink, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and cooktop range. There is a convertible dinette. The twin Mercruiser gas inboard engines are in poor condition and were not preserved or tested so condition is unknown. There is no trailer with this item.

      <description>This 1999 26.1' World Cat 266SF Center Console was damaged during Hurricane Ike. The vessel has compression damage to the T-Top as a result of rising water. The T-Top was crushed and broken off. The vessel was submerged in salt water on the port side. The vessel has a 12v electric windlass, not tested, condition unknown. The vessel has an in-seat livewell system. Electrical systems in the console do not appear to have been submerged. The console is equipped with a Yamaha gauge package. Electronics consist of a Furuno 841 mark II radar appears to be in fair condition, not tested. Radome is crushed. The console has minor fiberglass and gel coat damage. There is minor gel coat damage on the port hull side. There is moderate fiberglass damage to the transom.  Upholstery has normal weathering for age. Rubrail is in fair condition. Gauges and controls appear to be in fair condition, but not tested. Vessel is powered by twin Yamaha 150hp gas outboard engines. Port engine submerged, seized. The starboard motor turns freely and does not appear to have been submerged, not tested. There is a trailer with this vessel.

      <description>This 1995 24' Playcraft Pontoon was damaged during hurricane Ike. Vessel was not submerged. The Playcraft 24 is a pontoon boat with outboard power. Bench seating in the bow. L-shaped seating on port side, with helm and pedestal seat to starboard. Upholstery is complete and will need cleaning. Carpet is in fair condition. Pop-up enclosure with porti-potty on port side. Starboard side has built-in steps and ladder for easy boarding from water. The following electronic was sighted at time of inspection: Maxxima AM/FM stereo. Light marine growth on bottom of pontoons. Light scratches on starboard side pontoon near bow. Aluminum rub rail has scratches on both sides on boat. Steering, engine controls, and gauges appear in working condition. Wood flooring is in good condition. Vessel is powered by a single 90 HP Force two stroke outboard. Cowling is scratched and engine turns free by hand and no components are damaged. No trailer is included in auction.

Two Mercury 275 hp each Outboard engines and one 9.9hp motor make unknown, all engines submerged, not preserved, not tested, condition unknown. 2006 Triple Axle King trailer included: NOTE: trailer has a salvage title. Trailer’s backup device not working and sensor broken.
