      <title>#8944: 2005 23' Sea Fox 230WA Walk Around</title>

      <description>This 2005 23' Sea Fox 230WA Walk Around Sport Fish was damaged when another boat in the marina caught fire causing smoke and heat damage to starboard side from rubrail up to the hard top approximately 10’ long by 5’ high. The hardtop suffered fiberglass damage from heat and smoke on forward starboard corner in an approximately 3’ area. Fiberglass is soft in damaged area. There is fiberglass damage and cracking in an approximately 2’ section on port side gunwale not related to fire damage. Battery is in poor condition. Trim tabs are in poor condition encrusted with sea undergrowth. There is a fresh and raw water washdown that were not tested, condition unknown. There is no windlass. Folding swim ladder is in good condition. Swim platform is in good condition. Windshield is damaged from smoke and heat on starboard side. There is no canvas. Rubrail is in good condition except for approximately 10’ smoke and fire damaged on port side. Exterior upholstery was damaged by smoke and heat. Electronics appeared to be in fair condition, not tested and included only a SMY Marine CD player. Gauges and controls appeared to be in fair condition but were not tested. Walk through transom door was in good condition. Transom shower was not tested, condition unknown. There is a V-Berth forward. There was no head on board. Interior upholstery is in fair condition but needs cleaning. Headliner is in good condition. There is no galley. Cuddy has pedestal dinette table with a sink, faucet in small cabinet that appears to be in good condition.

&lt;li&gt; Hard top with rod holders aft&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt; Two cockpit lights&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt; Four rod holders on gunnels&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt; Fish boxes&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt; Two live wells&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt; Large fishing cockpit&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Rod storage under gunnel&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Closed transom with integrated livewells&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Fish box&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; cockpit coaming pads in fair condition, starboard side damaged by heat and smoke&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Powered by single 225hp Mercury Model Verado 225XL gas outboard engine with 
Single four blade stainless propeller. Engine appeared to be in good condition for age, turned by hand but was not tested, running condition unknown.
&lt;p&gt;There is no trailer with this item.

      <title>#8963: 1995 34' Wellcraft 3200 Martinique</title>

      <description>This 1995 34’ Wellcraft 3200 Martinique was totally submerged in saltwater with bow tip pointed up when exhaust hose clamps came loose and water came in overpowering bilge pumps.  The fiberglass hull is in fair condition with chalky gelcoat. No testing was possible at time of inspection as no power to the boat. The windshield is missing and the area where it was fastened down is damaged from fasteners scraping near the holes they were pulled from. The Marine Air A/C was submerged, not tested, condition unknown. The batteries were submerged, not tested, condition unknown. Trim tabs appeared to be in fair condition but not tested.  Water heater submerged, appears to be in fair condition but not tested. Maxwell 600 windlass was not tested, condition unknown.  Exterior carpet is missing. Swim ladder is in fair condition with fasteners on swim platform loose. Swim platform is in poor condition with soft spot where ladder attaches.  Radar arch appears to be in good condition. Isinglass is missing. Bow railing appears to be in good condition. Bow pulpit is in fair condition for age. Other windows appear to be in good condition. Exterior upholstery is in poor condition stained, torn, faded and missing cushions. Bimini frame is damaged, extent not determined.  Rubrail is in fair condition. Metal strip damages both corners of swim platform. All Electronics submerged and in poor condition: Humminbird 161 GPS/fishfinder, Standard Horizon VHF. Gauges and controls are in poor condition. Transom door is in good condition. Forward V-berth stateroom. One electric head, submerged, toilet not tested.  Interior upholstery is in poor condition, stained, torn, faded and missing cushions. Headliner is in poor condition. Interior carpet is in poor condition, stained, wet. Galley area has Black and Decker coffeemaker, microwave, Princess stove, Norcold refrigerator, RCA flat screen TV, all submerged, not tested, condition unknown. 
&lt;p&gt;Twin GM gas engines, submerged, reported preserved but unable to test at time of inspection. Engine hatch covers missing and there is mud in the engine compartment. Borg Warner V-Drive units have water in them, not tested. The Westerbeke generator was submerged, reported preserved, but not tested.
&lt;p&gt;There is no trailer with this item.

Sanibel Harbor is three minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and a doorway to San Carlos Bay, Pine Island Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. Sanibel Island is right across the bay. This little island is the seashell capital of the world with pristine white sand beaches and wildlife refuges. From this marina you can head down the bay to Naples, Marco Island or Key West and find some of the best fishing grounds in Florida. Closing will be done with a licensed Florida Title Insurance Company.
&lt;p&gt; The monthly fees are $429 USD per month and includes unlimited ‘ins and outs’, valet parking, boat washing, engine flush, cleaning of cooler, provisioning (owners only pay for cost of food).
