      <title>#8894: 1990 36' Mirage Express Fisherman</title>

      <description>This 1990 36' Mirage Express Fisherman was being test run in the water for a sea trial when someone apparently accidentally flipped the switch that drains the oil from the engines when changing the oil. They continued to run the boat not realizing this until both engines stopped running and it had to be towed in. It was not submerged and did not hit anything. The fiberglass hull is in good condition with chalky gelcoat. It was not possible to test any equipment at time of inspection because there was no electrical power available. The trim tabs appeared to be in good condition but not tested. The fresh water washdown appears to be in good condition but not tested. The raw water washdown appears to be in good condition but not tested. The water heater appeared to be in fair condition but not tested. Crown II Automatic Marine Converter appeared to be in good condition but not tested. Bow pulpit with anchor. There is no windlass. The swim ladder is in good condition. The swim platform is in good condition. Full Tuna tower with additional controls is in good condition but controls were not tested. Bimini cover over tuna tower in fair condition. The hardtop with rod holders is in good condition. Center line helm station appears to be in good condition with captain’s seat. Additional L shaped settees forward of helm station on both port and starboard sides. Sport fish fighting chair aft in cockpit is in good condition. Isinglass is in fair condition. Coaming is in fair condition. Upholstery is in fair condition. Rubrail is in good condition. Electronics, some inside box above helm, appeared to be in fair condition but not tested and included Northstar 6000I, Standard Horizon Depth, Furuno Color Video Sounder FCV-667 and Robertson AP3000X. Gauges and controls appeared to be in good condition but not tested. Transom door is in good condition. Transom shower was not tested. Salon has wood flooring, large settee starboard aft of galley opposite head. Galley is in good condition with stainless steel sink, U Line icemaker, Kenmore microwave and Norcold refrigerator that all appear to be in good condition but were not tested. There is one stateroom V-Berth forward with hatch for ventilation. There is one head with sink, toilet, vanity, mirror and separate shower, toilet was not tested, condition unknown. Interior upholstery is in fair condition. Headliner is in good condition.  Wood floors are in good condition. The A/C/Heat is in fair condition but not tested. The Northern Lights Generator Model M643-4.5N appears to be in fair condition, but was not tested. Unable to view batteries at time of inspection as under electric hatch and no electric power. Twin Detroit 6V53TSI diesels. Port engine would not start and was seized. Starboard engine started once, ran for a period of time but there may be some internal damage.

Passenger chair appears to be in fair condition. Cover in cockpit near helm station starboard side around shifter in poor condition. Cover on port side next to passenger chair is in poor condition. Electronics including a Sitex 950 Scan are in fair condition. Gauges and controls are in fair condition. Transom shower is in fair condition. Upholstery is in fair condition with some stains. Headliner is in fair condition. Carpet is in fair condition. The refrigerator and stove are in fair condition for age, but not tested. There is a V-Berth cuddy with hatch for ventilation. Port a potty appears to be in good condition but not tested. The single King Cobra 262 gas inboard engine was submerged in saltwater, was not preserved or tested, condition unknown.

      <description>This 2007 20' Tracker Marine Tahoe 195 Deck Boat was damaged when another vessel collided with the forward port bow section partial submersion  in fresh water. There is gelcoat damage on aft port hull side for approximately 58” long. Fiberglass damage t port side bo to forward midships below waterline hull section for approximately 70” long and 33” wide. Gelcoat scuffing at port side of forward keel section forn approximately 73” and 8” wide. Damage to the port side chine in an area approximately 2”X1” adjacent to the hull damage. An area of possible delamination of fiberglass laminates adjacent to heavy damage in port side hull sections. The fresh water tank was displaced. There is a 4” crack in the fiberglass of the forward seat port side. Vessel appears to have submerged approximately 19” above the cabin sole. The upholstery is in good condition. The tilt/trim motor in engine compartment was submerged. The battery was submerged, not tested, condition unknown. The hydraulic steering controls in the engine compartment were submerged. Four stereo speakers were submerged. The bow ladder was damaged during salvage operation. The swim ladder is in good condition. The rubrail is in fair condition. Electronics, gauges and controls are reported to be in working order. The Garmin GPS mount was damaged. The stainless steel bimini frame and bimini canvas were not submerged and appear to be in good condition. The helm station instructions were not submerged. Single MerCruiser 4.3L gas I/O engine with Alpha One Drive was submerged. Engine was not preserved or started since accident so condition unknown. There was heavy damage to propeller and skeg of lower unit of inboard/outboard Alpha One drive. The drive was not tested, condition unknown.

      <title>#8853: 1960 45' Chris Craft Constellation Cabin Cruiser</title>

      <description>This 1960 45' Chris Craft Constellation Cabin Cruiser was hauled and blocked for maintenance when the aft cabin dehumidifier caught fire. This vessel is a wood hull with lap strake. The wood hull is in general fair condition. Caulking is deteriorated, some evidence of work damage forward and some rot aft. Interior fire in aft cabin caused extensive damage aft, with soot damage throughout boat. There is damage to port stanchions. The mahogany decking is in good condition. Aluminum swim ladder is in poor condition. Swim platform is in fair condition. Two cracked windows to port; one cracked window forward.  The aft port hole had some smoke reside around the frame. All windows were smoked over. No canvas was sighted at time of inspection. Rubrail is in fair condition. There were no electronics on board at time of inspection. Helm appeared to be in fair condition. Chris Craft gauges and controls appear to be in fair condition, not tested, condition unknown. The transom shows signs of heat damage. The salon, galley and forward stateroom sustained smoke and heat damaged throughout vessel. All of the interior furnishings sofa, tables and vanities have soot and smoke damage. The overhead liner, carpets and curtains have soot and smoke damage. All galley cabinets, stove, refrigerator/freezer and associated galley equipment have smoke and soot damage. No appliances were tested, condition unknown. There are two staterooms, one forward and one aft plus a convertible dinette in salon/galley. The forward stateroom has smoke and soot damage to the bedding, overhead liner, carpets and vanity. Two heads forward and aft. Aft head with vanity, sink, shower, toilet. Second head has sink, toilet only. Toilets were not tested, condition unknown. It appears the salon, galley and V-berth sustained light heat damage but mostly smoke and soot was noted.  The aft cabin sustained heavy fire, smoke and heat damage. There is fire damage to the aft bulkhead, port and starboard side bulkheads and overhead. The overhead liner is burned and framing exposed with alligator texture noted. Overhead lights and outlets were noted melted and burned on aft bulkhead with alligatoring and fire damage noted on the aft bulkhead wood from fire. The vessel sustained heavy fire damage in aft cabin from heat and smoke damage. The lockers, drawers, vanity and bulkheads are damaged. There were five batteries sighted at time of inspection, not tested, condition unknown. The water heater is in poor condition, not tested. Windlass appears to be in good condition, but not tested. There was no generator sighted at time of inspection. Twin Crusader Model 350, 450hp, gas engines were not tested, condition unknown. Borg Warner transmission appears to be in good condition but not tested.  Engine room appears relatively undamaged by fire. There is no trailer with this item.

      <description>This 2004 31' Jupiter Center Console was damaged when it struck a submerged object damaging the hull and lower units of engines so it had to be towed in but was not submerged. There is impact damage starting 4’ from the bow eye extending 7’ towards the aft with heavy delamination, cracking and structural damage. The chine on both port and starboard has abrasions and minor delamination. Starboard aft corner of running surface holed and delaminating with 2’ of center pad.  Interior of boat is in very good condition. There are 3 batteries in good condition. The trim tabs are missing. The freshwater washdown is in good condition. The swim platform is in good condition. The T-Top and frame is in good condition. The windshield is in good condition. Bait well appears to be in good condition. Several storage compartments in floor. Shower with sink aft. Bench seating with storage and rod holders on back at helm. Helm appears to be in good condition. Gauges and controls appear to be in good condition but were not tested. The upholstery is in fair condition. Aft fold down bench seat. The rubrail is in good condition. Electronics appeared to be in fair condition but not tested and included Icom Marine Radio M602, Furuno C Map NT, Natuamatic Auto Pilot, Clarion Radio, CDLS Sirius radio. Outrigger holders are in good condition. The head is located in console with sink and toilet. Toilet broke in accident and is in pieces. There is ten gallon potable water capacity. There are two 230 gallon fuel tanks. The fuel tanks are located in aft side of engine room. The speed is 6-8 knots with fuel consumption 12 gph per engine. Wheelhouse is accessible from outside. Ceiling height inside wheelhouse is 6.2”. Galley is below wheelhouse with stainless steel sink, stove, oven, dinette, table and large settee.       <description>This 1998 35' Pro-Line 35 center console sank in salt water during a coastal storm when it went ashore and was overcome by heavy surf. There is sand under hatches. The fiberglass hull is painted with Awlgrip. This vessel is built by Pro-Line but apparently originally designed by Donzi. The painted hull surface was gouged, scraped and scuffed both sides from surf abrasion while ashore. The port hull sustained 6’ extended fracture as a result of the storm surf on the hull while the boat was ashore. The bilge and center console were submerged. Navigational equipment, electronics, Yamaha LCD gauges, dual engine controls, switches and associated wiring were submerged and in poor condition. Dual Raymarine C120 displays were both submerged, not tested, condition unknown. The bow thruster was not tested, condition unknown. All bilge compartments were submerged. The aft bilge including battery switches, battery cables and harnesses was submerged in salt water. Fastech T-Top with 4 rod holder is in fair condition. Isinglass is in poor condition. There is no galley. The upholstery is in fair condition. Two batteries submerged and in poor condition. There is a small head under console, not tested, condition unknown. There is no generator. The rubrail is in poor condition. The transom door is in poor condition. The transom shower is in poor condition. The swim ladder is in fair condition. The swim platform is in fair condition with only part of outboard bracket. Trim tabs were submerged, one is missing, remaining trim tab not tested, condition unknown. The fresh water washdown was submerged and in poor condition. The raw water washdown was submerged and n poor condition. The windlass appears to be in good condition but not tested. Fuel tanks and vents submerged. Twin Yamaha 250HP 2 cycle High Pressure Direct Injection gas outboard engines were both submerged exposing all mechanical and electrical components to sand and saltwater. The engines were flushed and pickled but there was still sand on spark plugs and present internally and externally with sand under covers. The engines reported were run briefly but Starboard engine set off alarm. The actual condition of engines is unknown.

      <title>#8862: 2006 32' Sea Ray 320 Sundancer Express Cruiser</title>

      <description>This 2006 32’ Sea Ray 320 Sundancer Express Cruiser broke loose from its mooring due to high winds on Lake Tahoe grounding itself on a gravel shore. It was reported that prior to grounding this vessel was in above average condition for its age and had above average care. The fiberglass hull’s wet surface has fractures, abrasions and holes at the bow forefoot, centerline amidships, at the port amidships chine, centerline quarters beneath the engine spaces including approximate 4’ hull abrasions, fractures &amp; holes port quarter. At the bow hull bottom there is a split in the hull that is approximately 4’ long (see pictures). Other wet surface abrasions include port and starboard bow thruster, and port and starboard strakes. The engine spaces stringers showed no indication of grounding or impact damage. The fuel tanks were intact with no indication of water intrusion or grounding damage. Four Interstate batteries appeared to be in fair condition but not tested. The helm electronics appeared to be intact with no indication of water intrusion, but not tested. Sea Ray gauges and controls are in good condition, but not tested. The cockpit is in good condition. Extra-wide bench-style helm seating is in good condition. The large passenger seating opposite helm is in good condition. The large crescent shaped settee aft with removable table is in good condition. The on-deck wet bar with refrigerator and sink is in good condition, but not tested. The exterior carpet is in good condition. The swim ladder is in good condition. The swim platform is in fair condition with a few nicks. The radar arch is in good condition. In the aft part of the salon, directly under the helm, the U-shaped settee converts to a double bed. The curved settee across form the galley has a removable table that stores under the forward queen-sized bed. The interior carpet is in good condition. The headliner is in good condition. The upholstery is in good condition. Two round overhead “skylights” provide natural light and are in good condition. Forward bed with steps on both sides has storage underneath and privacy curtains plus hatch for ventilation. Galley has sink, Microwave &amp; Café combo, Norcold fridge and Euro Kero Two burner Electric stovetop appeared to be intact and showed no indication of water intrusion, though no appliances were tested. The Atwood 6 gallon water heater was in good condition and showed no sign of water intrusion, but was not tested. One head with shower/sink combo. The Vac-U-Flush appeared to be in good condition, but was not tested. The Kohler Genset Model #5E showed no indication of water intrusion, but was not tested. Twin MerCruiser 496 Mag gas I/O engines with Mercury Marine Bravo Three propellers. The engines reportedly were drained and look like new, but were not tested, condition unknown. The engines, engine mounts, electrical systems, hydraulic system servicing the stern drive and trim tabs were intact and serviceable with no indication of water intrusion or grounding damage at time of inspection, but were not tested. The starboard trim tab had minor impact damage. The Bravo Three drives suffered grounding damage which included gimbale assembly. Both Bravo Three propellers suffered grounding damage. NOTE: Length Overall is 35’6”.

Helm station appears to be in fair condition though gauges and controls submerged so should be suspect. Aft bench seat with storage. There are minor stress cracks above rubrail aft. There is no generator. The batteries are in poor condition. The trim tabs appear to be in good condition, but were not tested. The fresh and raw water washdowns are in poor condition. The windlass is in poor condition. There is a bow roller with anchor. Ice chest appears to be in good condition. Stainless steel rails appear to be in good condition. Swim ladder is in good condition. Hardtop and frame with rod holders are in good condition. Isinglass is in poor condition and torn. Canvas in poor condition. Rubrail is in fair condition. There are no electronics. Coaming appears to be in fair condition. There is a port-a-potty but it was not tested, condition unknown. Cuddy Cabin V-berth forward with drawers, cup holders, reading lights, place for pedestal table (table missing) and hatch for ventilation. Upholstery is in poor condition and stained. Headliner was in good condition at time of inspection. Transom door appears to be in good condition. Twin Yamaha 4 Stroke 115 hp gas outboard engines were submerged, preserved and then reported to run properly in October, 2009.
