      <title>#9274: 1997 33' Sea Ray 330 Sundancer Express Cruiser</title>

      <description>This 1997 33' Sea Ray 330 Sundancer Express Cruiser sank in salt water in Freeport, Grand Bahama, at when port engine sea water cooling hose failed. Boat settled listing to port . Helm helm station submerged. It was reported that right after this incident an attempt was made to repair alternators and starters. One alternator was not repairable. Both engines and generator reported preserved. After repairs, it was only possible to get the port engine running. The starboard engine started but would not run. The fiberglass hull is in overall good condition with some staining port aft quarter and the coach striping at waterline peeling in places. This boat was reported to be well maintained and in overall good condition prior to this incident. The port and starboard running gear, propellers, shafts and struts were reported visually in undamaged condition as were the two rudders and trim tabs, but not tested. Underwater fittings were also reported undamaged except for a clamshell cover on port side which was partially crushed from resting position of hull and clamshell.
&lt;li&gt;Wiring was submerged.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The 120 volt AC and 12 volt DC switchboards in cabin submerged.
&lt;li&gt;Fuel and water tanks submerged. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;The 12,000 BTU air conditioning compressor and air handler located under cabin forward bed submerged. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fresh water pump submerged.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Hot water tank submerged.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bilge and engine room blowers submerged. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Bilge and shower sump pumps designed to operate under water, not tested.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Seat cushions submerged.&lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;font color=black&gt; ACCOMMODATIONS:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt; 
&lt;li&gt; The interior was flooded. V-berth forward and convertible dinette. Full galley, microwave, 2-burner stove, Norcold refrigerator, sink, cabinets and storage, head with shower.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Light fittings and electrical outlets all submerged. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Soft goods submerged.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Interior wood paneling swollen with some veneered surfaces detaching.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Mirrors stained.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Built in vacuum system submerged, not tested, condition unknown.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Gunwale storage cabinets in fair condition.&lt;/li&gt;

      <description>This 1999 34' Freedom Marine 340SC Cuddy is a theft recovery. The fiberglass hull is in fair condition with chalky gelcoat. Stem damaged (deep chip) from wasted trailer roller. Forward lower hull chipped from another wasted trailer roller. Missing one retractable cleat from deck, remaining 9 cleats are missing all but one fastener. Missing port engine vent cover, starboard is damaged. Many thru-deck fittings and miscellaneous fasteners are missing. Transom has chips, lower starboard.

&lt;li&gt;Twin Mercruiser 502 Mag MPI 415HP gas  I/O engines. The engines appeared to be removed and complete with the exception of connectors for exhaust, fuel, and wire buses. Engines and out drives could not be operated for testing due to being removed from vessel, condition unknown. Both engines appeared to have clean oil and appropriate levels. Both engines were missing coolant. Both engines had areas of corrosion. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Both out drives were separated into two halves. Gear wear appeared to be fair. Serial numbers removed except for one hidden on tag (OL315554) with model number 4752027M1. Outdrives are Mercruiser Bravo One, 7.4 litre. Propellers are Mercury Marine Mirage Plus. Both propellers in excellent condition. &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;font color=black&gt;TRAILER:&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;34’ Steel Three-axle Trailer goes with this item.&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;Sheriff unable to determine VIN, year, make or model. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Three-axle with six ST215/75D14 tires. &lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;li&gt;Missing tongue jack. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Both left and right fender marker lights wire detached. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Rear marker light set loose. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Brake line missing chafe protection forward right&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Forward winch roller wasted. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Forward hull roller wasted. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Uses flat-four connector&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Trailer has Model 10, Surge-O-Matic hydraulic brakes. &lt;/li&gt; &lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color=black&gt;The year built as per the USCG documentation is 1998, HIN ends in 99.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt;

      <description>This 1978 35.9' Heritage Trawler Motor Yacht sank after engine was removed to be worked on. It was reported that a hose was accidentally left open after engine removal allowing ingress of water. The boat was raised the same day. Boat is currently moored in the water. The fiberglass hull is in fair condition for age with chalky gelcoat. Boat was reported to be in fairly good condition for age prior to accident and that some damage to exterior railings and wood occurred during salvage. There are some scrapes and gouges on hull below gunnel but no holes or serious damage to hull reported. Some exterior vents damaged.
